MEDJOOL DATES
Nature's Original Sweetener
Our Medjool dates are the foundation of many mmmore products. Naturally soft, caramel-like and incredibly satisfying, they provide sweetness exactly as nature intended.
Beyond their natural sweetness, Medjool dates are a genuine nutritional powerhouse. Just two dates provide around 3g of dietary fibre, along with potassium, magnesium, copper and vitamin B6, plus natural plant compounds like flavonoids, carotenoids and phenolic acids, which dates are particularly well known for among dried fruits.
Did you know?
Despite tasting so indulgently sweet, Medjool dates actually sit at a moderate glycemic index (around 55) - closer to a banana than to refined sugar. That's part of why they've been used as a natural energy source for centuries, from desert travellers snacking on them for sustained energy to modern-day athletes reaching for them as a natural pre-workout hit.
PREMIUM DARK CHOCOLATE
Rich Flavour. Better Ingredients.
We use premium 63% dark chocolate, sweetened naturally with organic coconut blossom sugar, to create the perfect balance of indulgence and nutrition.
Dark chocolate naturally contains cocoa flavanols - plant compounds studied for their antioxidant properties, along with minerals like iron, magnesium and copper that occur naturally in cocoa. Generally, the higher the cocoa content, the more of these compounds remain, which is part of why we chose 63% rather than any lower-cocoa alternative. The coconut blossom sugar we sweeten with is made simply by collecting sap from the coconut palm's flower buds and gently reducing it - a far less processed route to sweetness than refined white sugar, and one that retains trace minerals like potassium, iron and zinc.

Cacao's botanical name, Theobroma cacao, literally translates to "food of the gods" - a name the ancient Mayans and Aztecs would've agreed with, since they treasured cacao beans so highly they used them as currency. These days, science backs up some of that reverence: research has found that regularly eating dark chocolate can improve blood flow to the brain.
AUSTRALIAN GROWN PISTACHIOS
Grown Close to Home
We proudly use Australian-grown pistachios, chosen for their quality, freshness and flavour.
Pistachios are one of the more nutrient-dense nuts you can eat. A small handful (about 28g) delivers around 6g of protein, 3g of fibre and a good mix of unsaturated fats, along with a meaningful dose of vitamin B6, copper and potassium, plus lutein and zeaxanthin - the same plant antioxidants found in leafy greens, which are known for supporting eye health.
Did you know?
Pistachios are sometimes called "the smiling nut" - in parts of the Middle East, where the trees have been cultivated for thousands of years, the natural split in the shell as the nut ripens is said to look like a little grin.
ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP
Sweetness From Nature
Because it undergoes so little processing, maple syrup keeps much of its natural character intact. A tablespoon contains a meaningful dose of manganese and riboflavin, along with smaller amounts of zinc, calcium and potassium, plus more than 50 naturally occurring plant compounds - including one, quebecol, that's unique to maple syrup and forms during the boiling process itself.
Did you know?
It takes around 40 litres of raw maple sap, tapped straight from the tree, to produce just 1 litre of maple syrup - all reduced down through gentle boiling, with nothing added and nothing artificial along the way.
ORGANIC SPROUTED PLANT PROTEIN
Plant-Powered Nutrition
Protein is one of the most essential nutrients in your diet - it's a building block for muscle, a key part of tissue repair, and a component your body uses to produce enzymes and hormones. Unlike fat or carbohydrates, your body can't store protein for later, so it needs a steady supply through what you eat. We use organic sprouted plant protein for ours, chosen not just for its protein content but for what sprouting does to it: the process naturally activates enzymes that break down complex proteins into a form your body can use more easily, while also reducing phytic acid - a compound that can bind to minerals like iron, calcium and zinc and make them harder to absorb.
Did you know?
Sprouting is one of the oldest food preparation techniques around, long before it had a name, people were soaking and sprouting grains, legumes and seeds simply because it made them easier to digest. We're really just giving that same age-old process a place in a modern treat.
ORGANIC COCONUT BLOSSOM SUGAR
Naturally Better Sweetness
Made from the nectar of coconut blossoms, this organic sweetener delivers a subtle caramel flavour.
Coconut sugar is made through a simple process: sap is collected from the flower buds of the coconut palm, then gently heated until it crystallises - no chemical refining or bleaching involved, unlike the multi-step process used to produce white table sugar. Because it skips that heavy processing, it retains trace minerals like potassium, zinc and iron, along with a touch of inulin, a natural plant fibre lost when sugar is refined.
Did you know?
Coconut sugar has been used in Southeast Asian cooking for centuries, long before it became popular elsewhere. A single coconut palm can be tapped for its sap for years without harming the tree - making it one of the more sustainable sweeteners around.
