How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within two business days.

If an item is being freshly made, dispatch may take up to five business days. During warmer months, we may also delay dispatch until the beginning of the week to minimise the time your order spends in transit over the weekend.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is typically 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We currently ship Australia-wide only.
