How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

Orders over $99 receive free shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday are dispatched the following Monday.
Orders placed Friday - Sunday are dispatched the following Tuesday.

We dispatch at the beginning of the week to minimise the risk of your order spending the weekend in transit. This helps protect the quality of our products, especially during the warmer months.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is typically 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. We currently ship Australia-wide only.
