Medjool dates are more than nature’s caramel, they’re naturally rich in potassium and fibre, with carbohydrates that provide readily available energy. Peanuts bring niacin and magnesium alongside their protein and healthy fats, while 63% dark chocolate is naturally rich in cacao flavanols - polyphenols studied for their antioxidant properties and role in supporting healthy blood flow.
